Service glitch

I am having the same issue!! Every since I updated the app most recently it has not allowed me to update the service to the point where it meets the demand (even the the capacity is way over). But, weirdly, my boyfriends city doesn’t have the same bug?? I even spent money on buying more Simoleons hoping it would solve the problem by constantly upgrading, but it hasn’t, and now just seems like a waste. I really hope they resolve it soon as it would be a real shame to lose the years I’ve had on this game over a silly bug :((
