Services 2.0 is wack

Services 2.0 is such a waste of money because we have to cover buildings which we have already covered, now I have to spend thousands and thousands tryna get my city’s services to 100% when they were fine all along, honestly if this services 2.0 stays i don’t see myself playing this game anymore, they trying to rig us into spending all our real money in this game, unbelievably unnecessary, as a player of 10 years I’m highly disappointed in you EA
