Sim offers

So idk if i have sim offers bugged or smth but i played around 20 minutes and 0 sim offers from the npcs no icon with a coin popped up idk if its bugged or not and if it is how to fix it ?

    I think your storage needs to be at a certain % full to get offers. Something like 80% full.

Nope i dont even have lvl for that and didnt know what it was until i searched it up rn
