Simcity buildit not Working

The game is crashing since past 8 hours. I have purchased the mayor's pass for the Majestic Egypt so i don't want to waste time in acquiring the Egyptian Hospital and the other building to get the 15...

    Try this, turn off internet (wifi and cell). Start in offline mode, I was able to get mine to load.  Then I minimized the game and turned internet on. This got me working. It's not a permanent fix but for me a good work around. 

    It might be connected to a Google outage

I am having the same issue. The main screen appears and if you click on anything it takes you back to a screen about updating a bug. If you just load it after a few seconds it goes to the same screen about updating a bug. Please help!

    I am confused. My husband can load the game on his IPad, but I am not able to load the game on my Android phone.
