I am having issues today with SimCity build it!
When I try to load, I get messages saying server timer out and it doesn't connect. Is this a general issue ?
I've shut down and restarted my device and get the same message. So annoying!!
SimCity BuildIt will not start. The error is
Hello, Mayor! Server timed out. Please try again. (Error code: 60002.500.999 - Player id: 0)
I am on Android 15 on Pixel 8. I have tried clearing Storage and Cache.
Me too. Is this the way we’re supposed to “report” the problem if we can’t even load the game to get to settings?
It started with very long lags, very frustrating to coordinate attacks in war or get anything done for CoM. Now it wont even load at all, just gives this error.
It’s hit a lot of members in my club.
Same problem here. I tried update Smartphone, restart, clean cache, and everything. It's not working. Same error code.
I am getting the error too. Seems like it’s a system wide issue. Hope they resolve soon!

I just hope they give us the time back so we don’t get penalized since we can’t do anything!
Oddly enough I have had no connection issues all weekend.
Normally when there are issues like you are all experiencing they hit me badly as well.
Hopefully it's resolved soon.
