SimCity: Yellow hat upgrade icons disappear for no reason

Hello,
Ever since the game update, yellow hat icons DISAPPEAR FOR NO REASON - not because the building is done upgrading but because of what seems like a bug in the game. It has happened 4 times now. I manufacture item for hours and the next thing I know the yellow hat is no longer there. Did happen to anyone else?

    They are poping up back aftet a while. It looks like you can have for example 7 upgrades but only 5 are shown at the moment and system chooses randomly which ones and change them every few hours

    I opened a thread on the same problem. Just close and reopen the game, you will get your hat back after a few tries. Frustrating indeed.

    I found that happens whenever I go into the trade HQ then return home. Thought I was going nuts for a while there. I just return to HQ then back home and it reappears. Yes it's annoying

    I have found that there is no quire tee that they ever come back no matter how how much you reopen. I am going to stop playing for a while it is that crus treating!

    I have the same problem, I get all the items needed for the upgrade, come back to my city and it dissappears. I have yet to get these hats back. No amount of refreshing or closing, even the the crashing of the game don't bring these hats back.
