Sneaky algorithm

When you control what the player will need or how quickly he can expand, you don't need to be a mind reader. It would insanely easy to tell if a player is about to need to expand if he's running out of room... and you program the algorithm that decide what mats the player will need... Not to mention you know what he has in his inventory. It's really not as complicated as you make it seem.

You want evidence that they are gating progress, just ask for a search feature. This would solve all the issues with GTHQ and I'm willing to bet that's never gonna happen. There is no reason to buy a refrigerator when I need a suit. Why the hell should I have to look at * I don't need? Well because if I always get the things I need, then I don't need to spend real money to speed things up. Theme Park by EA is notorious for being expensive. I wouldn't put it past them to continue their shenanigans here. Honestly, if you don't suspect at least a little meddling, you must be asleep at the wheel.

Global Trade HQ works in a way that every item sold is created by another player. Certain items have a higher demand than others, and generally the high demand items will sell a lot quicker than the low demand ones.

You're not a very careful reader, are you. JeffK is not the only one claiming to have no problem with the HQ. I stated earlier that I have achieved full territory expansion in my 2 cities (levels 14 and 26), and am about to achieve full storage expansion in both as well. I used my level 14 city as a feeder city for dozer parts, but that was just to save some time. And my level 26 city is doing quite nicely with storage items on its own.

EA shills -- we are legion.
