Snowflake amount issue

Hi, I have acquired yesterday the premium+ package to complete the remaining snowflake amount to acquire this entertainment builing (marked in red) as part of the snowflake season 1.

The building cost was 29950 snowflakes.

If you see the snapshots, before acquiring the premium+, I had 18420 snowflakes, after acquiring and getting the additional snowflake entries, and acquiring that building I ended up with 2770 snowflakes, instead of 10770 snowflakes.

Kindly fix that for me asap.. Please don't compensate with other methods, just fix my amount..
