So called upgrade

My established cities were completely covered by services. After the services so called upgrade and after I upgraded everything, I need to add more services everywhere. I have NO room to add all those services. I have to loose parks, education, entertainment, landmarks and more to make room for all those services. I’ve had these cities for years and spent plenty of money on my favorite hobby but now I’m forced to degrade them all just to satisfy this so called upgrade. You managed to take the fun out of having these cities. I won’t ever spend another cent on a game that isn’t fun.
