At some point I do not want to upgrade some buildings because they are beautiful and want to have a city with fewer skyscrapers. But the city is ugly with many upgrade balloons, with that yellow helmet everywhere. You can not even see the city with so many balloons.
Why not create an option to not upgrade the buildings we want and disappear these balloons, visually polluting?
