Sunny Isles railroad track bug

I have a bug where a random railroad track appeared in game and prevents me from building my own track on it, messing up station connections. I’ve tried restarting the game, reinstalling the game, but it just seems to be part of the save file now and hasn’t gone away for weeks, even through app updates.
