Taxes when I play online is almost half. (-50% while playing online)

I've notice the same problem. When I play online my taxes are 10405 per 24h, but when I disable my internet connection, taxes are 17803. Happiness is almost 100%, and population more than 400k.

I can confirm that progress made offline disappears when playing online....

I am using an Android Device (Moto X 2014 to be more specific). Are you using IOS? Or this is a bug just to Android Devices?

I have the same problem. Yesterday i had in City Hall 16k/24h today i have 8k/24h , happines 100% !!! help, i wrote to ea support and they don't know how to fix it, in e-mail they described me how City Hall works but i know how it works, i want to know how to back my money  ☹️

EA should resolve this. And i want my money back, i'm calculating that i lost almost 320000+ money

EA answered me that they are solving this problem and they will release a fix soon.

So we have to wait.. Is it all?
At least I am not the only one with this problem. I was thinking to rebuild another city

I hope that EA will solve this problem soon... I can only thrust in them...
