This Game NEEDS A Major Overhaul

I've been playing this game since 2015 and in the 10 years I've loved to the point that it gets 5 stars consistently from me. However I wish there could be a very major improvements:

1. Global Trade Depot: Like in The Sims, make it easier to buy what you need and not having to wait around for refreshes to see if your item shows up....it's a waste of time. Group items and let players decide who they want to buy from....add categories and a search feature. Anything that lets me get back to the game would be helpful.
2. Converting Simcoins To SimCash: Pretty straight-forward. Obviously don't make the threshold too low, but with all the simcoins I've accumulated over 10 years, it would be nice to exchange some of it for cash.
3. Speaking Of Conversion:  How about the ability to sell extra utilities to neighbor cities. Also I have way too many items that I get from Mayors pass that have just been sitting there....why not make these sellable? 
4. Chatting With Our Friends:  The lack of not being able to communicate with friends is appalling, that should have been an essential feature. I'd like the ability to ask them to trade something with me...and not just waste time visiting their depot if they have nothing.....and just to be able to say hello to the people who took the time to add me, would be nice....let's make it happen.
5. The Extra-slot Feature: That was really nice....can we get it on a permanent basis, it sure would help in COM assignments (please)
6.  Raising The Prices On Items: After 10 years I'm still surprised there are items with the very same price from back then.  That will help New Mayors build faster and get current mayors to certain city goals
7. AI integration: Let's prompt our way into making custom buildings and items we can put up for sale
8. Stock-Market Inclusion: Add additional Income Stream and allow mayors to invest city resources on the stock-market
9. City Annex: Along With Unlocking Regions, Mayors who want to sell their cites should be able to, and it could be added to the regions map 
10. Highway/Expressway Travel: Have a stretch of highway connected to the main highway, that circles a sector of the city. It could even be a toll road to limit congestion

I have tons more ideas, but I'd love to see any of these included in future updates. Let's up the playability factor of this Amazing game. LET'S GO EA! 🙏
