problem solve.. save the game on facebook.. uninstall and install the game.. when you return to the game.. conect on facebook to your save game.. your game is there and without problems

Unfortunately the info above is not accurate. Loading your city to Facebook does not resolve bugs in the game.
Loading on face is just to save the game.. and dont loose your citys.. uninstal and instal again the game is the real solve problem
