That may work in some cases but a lot of time players have already tried reinstalling the game and the problem is still there. For example due to faulty programming, Ea server connection problems, and specific device performance limitations. Some city files can also be corrupt on the EA side which we don’t have access to. Myself I have reinstalled the game dozens of times and the same glitches remain.
