@Vernissa I am level 99 and both building are not showing up, I love it but still play minimally since the train as I have a life and I don't work for ea( being on all the time to click on freaking trains every 9 min, ridiculous. I wonder how much less they are making since this upgrade, I am sure not going to spend on this game.
@Rawdon999 One of my team members is also on level 99 and does not have the toy shop, and not getting those items required for buildings, etc. She is in contact with EA and is awaiting their solution. Like me, we had the sports shop from the previous time it was temporarily available.
As for the trains, they give no benefit to the game at all.
I personally have never spent any real money on the game.
