@Vernissa I am level 99 and both building are not showing up, I love it but still play minimally since the train as I have a life and I don't work for ea( being on all the time to click on freaking trains every 9 min, ridiculous. I wonder how much less they are making since this upgrade, I am sure not going to spend on this game.

Allow me to share with you that the new "Toy Store" & "Sport Shop" is currently in a restricted early access mode. Being a feature currently in the work-in-progress state, we want to thoroughly test it before rolling it out to all other Mayors.
As this is a testing phase, we are gathering players' feedback so it can be shared with our concerned team, and we thank you for taking out the time to let us know your thoughts and concerns. I'll be noting and forwarding the same.

The EA help desk really grinds my gears, the way they communicate it is as if they are sharing some secret with you.
I also do not appreciate being an unwilling participant with these beta projects with ZERO communication up front. I want my money back, all of it.
