Trade HQ not working
I have had some trouble accessing the trade hq. Every time I click on it, it says “not available at this time”. I play on iOS and this has happened constantly

Has it ever been accessible? If not it may be that you set your date of birth incorrectly at install - if you set it as under 18, you won't be able to access various parts of the game.

I think I may have done that too. How can I correct it?
One way is to uninstall & reinstall the game - it'll prompt you for your details when you start it up again. Just be sure to backup your progress beforehand.
I've also read of players contacting in-game support and getting help that way.
