Bug issues

Hi, I need help regarding a mayor contest mission.... 

The mission was about earning 11k simoleons and I did it even more... But the bug still remains 

I already tried asking by using "message us" but I don't see any notification 

Before that I sold 5 japanese tree

And even after a while 5 french items and 7k simoleons tax
