全く同じ現象が起きてます。山地に設置した施設を取り除くと線路が正しく接続されるのですが、山地に施設を設置すると線路が山地内の施設に接続してしまいます。恐らく山地施設を線路の接続先と誤認してしまっているのでは無いでしょうか
