After spending a lot money on the train station passes to finally advance my trains, now they pull the rug out from under your feet! Don't like this update at all. I only have 2 trains left to unlock and with this huge change it seems impossible to progress now and it's super confusing. Hate it. When games become too challenging it loses its appeal. 👎
My gripe is that they've unveiled this new Mass Transit HQ and it isn't even up and running properly. The passenger numbers depending on train size is more logical now, I don't think progression is impossible (the addition of a railway pass, while costing more money, has been helpful in progressing with unlocking trains - I wish they'd sell more bundles of train cards as I only have one more train to unlock) but when freight is added too I think it will take a lot of getting used to. I think part of the problem is that when trains were first introduced, they were kinda just thrown out there, its taken all this time to revise and update it, and these days change can be so jarring that it puts people off. Like the services 2.0 for example. But, I'll judge it when it is rolled out properly.
I have 4 trains, I literally spent real money upgrading them to carry heaps of passengers and now they're all back to minimum passengers so I'm getting stuff all rail tokens.
$50 just a few months ago for nothing 🤬

I agree , they reduce trains capacity, so you earn less train points, but items in the store seem just as high.
They don't explain how to up mass transport levels. Nor give any idea if you are progressing .
When you think, oh I am getting close to get the next train the goal posts are shifted so far in the distance you wonder if it's worth your time.
My belief…. They had to make up for the loss of revenue when so many people quit because of the update to 2.0. Now they’re going to invent something else to make up for the loss of revenue with the new train upgrade, which is hurting so many people who paid good money. It never ends. These are moneygrubbing profit seeking corporations just like any other.
Mass Transit Level 2, unlocking cargo, ability to dispatch First Class passengers, will all start up next week when the Mass Transit Hub starts operating.
And how do I see what my Mass Transit status is and when I will level up?
