Unable to load game

I have been playing SimCity since Sept.  Was able to play it until about 8:30 in morning. The it stared crashing. I have installed istalled 2x and can't still can't get beyond the load screen. I have plenty of space. I am playing on Android phone.  I am hoping this just temporary and the servers are down..  anyone else have this problem?  I know of at least one other.  Anyone what's going on or how to fix this?
