As President of a low-ranking Club, we all think it would be a very beneficial game enhancement to have the ability to enable or disable notifications for Club chat.

I totally agree, I wished for chat only notifications pretty much since I started my club. might I suggest you start a discord for members? we did that and it's really saved our bacon a few times having the ability to give a shout for help and know that you'll be heard even if they're not logged into the game.

Limit who you promote in the club. Members can’t launch a war.
I agree thousand percent. communication is the key.
That would be ok but at same time have one for the war arena too coz that’s a pain to go to and can accidentally start a war which no one wants in our club. So a red or green button would fix that little problem
