War arena multiple glitches

Multiple mayors in my club are having an issue with the war arena, including me. This seems independent of device or longevity with the club.

First, war is initiated whenever someone enters the arena, they dont have to push the button.  Second, the rewards from the previous win are not being distributed. Third, the war stats are blank. The two clubs come up on the screen but there is no player list or score. 

Looking for a fix.
