War score averages

There is obviously something wrong with calculating war score averages. We are at war with a load of Japanese cheaters for the second time in 2 weeks. Their top scorer in the last war scored over 1 million points and hit my team with over 320 magnetism alone. This week the war has only been going on for a few hours and he has already scored over 400k. His war score average is 25k. How can this be correct? Others in the team have 60k average and scored 220k this week and over 400k last week. Most also have level 20 magnetism. 
Their biggest cheater was reported 2 weeks ago but nothing has been done. I have reported it again but not holding my breath!

    They are definitely cheaters. I don’t know what satisfaction they get out of it.

    With so many challenges in CoM for war it is almost impossible not to war. Besides, in a fair war my team enjoy it.

    I’ve said this before…War is a waste of time, EA don’t care as it just another money grab for them because of the cheaters. 
    Don’t Play War!     then you won’t have anything to complain about except the glitches and crashing

    I’ve been wondering the same thing about the fairness in the war events. Our last opposing team of 12 “identical” players with identical names except for a sequence number, systematically knocked every one of our players out. They all have the same 7 disasters, all maxed at level 20. How is this match up a fair fight against our club of mostly new players with little or no average to speak of. Me included, and I thought I was doing ok. This screams of cheating or bots set up as teams. Please explain if they are not cheats or bots.
