Weekly collection 2

Which tier are you on at the moment, and how much of your weekly cap have you got left?

I am suspecting the same. Currently at 28 with 128 555 of week 2 already filled. I maxed out the first week. It seems there is no one doing quality control.

Tier 29 and score is 141320/289 500. As I wrote earlier, I maxed week one, so started this week as far up the tiers as possible. My motivation is close to zero now.

This week, 2-26-26, I've already met the weekly cap and just 12500 shy of hitting the next milestone for the monthly event. Which is 38 and the high tech police headquarters. And guess what, the weekly collections 2 includes the high tech police headquarters to complete it. With 5 days and 5 hours left in the weekly collections event it won't roll over to next Wednesday when we start the 3rd week of the "monthly" event. What gives developers? EA? 

Of course you don't have a direct way to contact you for support.  And it's a maze through your knowledge base with AI misleading you every step of the way. 

Any one else having the same issues?

The weekly cap is a real pain…..EA really needs to look at this and take it off so that WE the players can play to how WE want to play not how EA wants us to play!

This issue became apparent after week 1. I tried getting in touch with EA, but that is no longer possible.

Services 2.0 is another example of the less gifted being given the chance to wreak havoc.  Also the cap in contest of mayors now makes it impossible to get to tier 38 in week 2 and get the police station. Getting there is a prerequisite for unlocking the season currency for week 2. It should be basic maths to get this right.

I buy premium plus pass,don't know if u do,this allows me access to the 50% mayor's boost which may be the difference. I'm currently capped out at level 39. I'm in total agreement with everyone on scbi the fecken cap has to go
