"Weekly Collection 3" Album disappears early after a game update

At the time of this post, the Weekly Collection 3 Album has 12 hours left to complete. I just finished my event track and the final reward there was what I needed to finish the weekly album, but when I look at my city albums, the weekly one does not display. Only the full "season Collection" and ""grand Football Showcase" albums are there.

A friend of mine who finished the weekly album a few days ago said they can still see the weekly album on the albums page, but when they updated their game in the play store right now, the weekly collection 3 album also disappeared for them.

Is there any fix for this? I'm trying to collect the seasonal currency reward before it's too late.

    The album expires in 2 hours. I bet there will be no fixing it by then.

    I played through the weekly event track hoping to get the event coins for the reward buildings. That's 31500 coins gone for me. 

    If anyone in EA see this, I have screen captured my event track and the upgraded resort. I am entitled to the award. Fix this, reimburse, anything.

    This is happening to me too. :/ I hope there's a fix soon.
