I read the information on the update.    It states, “ use popsicles to cool citizens, complete community challenges, and to exchange for snowflakes”. But “ EA Lanna” is telling a different story. EA is not answering us at all. 

I can’t do a single thing with them and have waisted so much time searching what we can do with them. So far, they seem completely worthless and a waste of time trying to collect them as they don’t really serve any kind of purpose.

They are for the Chicago missions.  You cool your citizens there.  Find the green clipboard in your capital and they are used there. 

Yeah it’s super dumb. And they do a terrible job explaining it
