When I go to DC, I get the Game Out Of Sync error after about 60 seconds.

Each time I try to upgrade a building or make any changes in the new DC, I get Game out of Sync error and my changes aren't saved. I am playing on my iphone. Has happened repeatedly this morning. I am not sure what to do. I closed the game, restarted my phone and that has not worked. Any suggestions?
