where's my account

hi 

I had a SimCity account linked to my Gmail and Facebook, but now, no matter where I look, I can't find a way to recover it.

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble finding your old city. If you’re referring to SimCity BuildIt, could you let us know which device you’re playing on now and whether you still have access to the Facebook and Google account you originally used?

    If you do, open SimCity BuildIt and complete the tutorial first. Once that’s finished, go to Settings and try signing in with the same Facebook or Google Play account that was linked to your city. Your saved city should then be available to load.

    If you’ve already tried that and your city still isn’t appearing, let us know exactly what happens when you try to sign in. If possible, also let us know whether you still have access to the old device you played on. We’ll see what the best next step is from there.
