(PC) Origin game install failed Simcity Complete Edition

Hi everyone!

I purchased simcity complete edition and started download game. When the download is finished the origin is show me the installed is failed. I attach picture of this. Sorry my english sentences. I request help the support but nothing helpful answer so i think writing new topic in this page.

    I got windows update and then origin continued update simcity but then show this error (attach)
