Running SimCity on Window 8.1 Graphic Problem

I am kinda of dissapointed at this game because i was really looking forward to playing this game in high quality where i can see everything clearly instead of it being blurry.&nbsp; For some reason when i zoom in to the street level, everything become blurry. How can i fix this problem? I try putting everything high for the setting to see if it will resolve the problem but it did not. Please help me fix this problem. I am using a alienware desktop computer with the latest high nvidia graphic card NVidia GTX 760 on a window 8.1 64bit computer. Thanks

Turn off tilt shift in settings if you want to see the ground level clearly.

What drivers are you running?&nbsp; Those that Windows 8.1 has included are generally quite poor when it comes to visual quality or performance.&nbsp;

4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processor. Is this suppose to happen? When will simcity be able to run on the window 8.1 without any problem with the graphic?

Drivers are software that you cannot play games without.&nbsp; The question I asked has no relationship to the PC central processor unit.&nbsp;
