Hi @SirArnett89 - Sometimes this is a connection issue. You said you checked your firewall settings - make sure SimCity.exe and Origin.exe are in your antivirus exception lists, too. Run both Origin.exe and SimCity.exe "as Administrator". If you have a sound management program called Nahimic 2 (it comes with MSI motherboards), uninstall it. Try restarting your router and computer. If it's still giving the same error, it's probably something to do with your account rather than the game.

Can't log in
