Same here and also the missing DLC. I had a chat with EA support and he said they are working on it and they well let us know. This treat has been seen bij EA support so i expect a reply soon.

    I spent time with support this morning too and was told the same about 3 hours ago, I'm sure they are working on fixing it but whatever the issue is it seems to be taking some time to fix.
