SimCity 4 Cannot be Played on Windows 11

Could you attach a DxDiag to your message so we can see what is going on?

1. Press Windows key + R
2. Type "dxdiag" then enter
3. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, choose Save All Information
4. Attach the .txt file obtained to your reply

This happens to me. Every time i try to play the game it says the game needs repaired. So I run repair and it gets done, then I try to play again and it says it needs repaired again. Went into program files and tried to launch the game from the .exe. It launches and gets thru the first 2 slideshow screens then crashes. Attached is my .txt file as requested. 

Is there any hope on this game working at all? If not why was this not disclosed before I was able to buy It? So far a disappointing waste of time and money.

I have had the same problem on my new Surface Pro 9 with Windows 11 pre-installed.... I think we're still waiting for the EA team to let us know how/if we can get it running
