SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

Hi, I've seen a lot of posts about SimCity constantly crashing with a blue screen of death or windows error but mine just simply freezes? I'll be playing for about 30 mins to an hour or sometimes if...

Same here worked fine before but now it keeps crashing random. Tried settings on lower setting, tried to turn off firewalls, updated drivers nothing works and can't seem to find any solutions either.

I'm very dissapointed in you EA, because there is no sign AT ALL that your are adressing these issues. And you can keep us passive by giving us a free game for the server issues you had.... 

I really hope you come up with a sollution shortly. 

AT LEAST LET US KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING ABOUT THIS!!!
