Unable to Install Sim City in Portuguese on EA Launcher

Question

Hello! Some time ago I played Sim City on my PC, using the old Origin launcher. When I started the installation, I could choose several languages, including my native language, Portuguese. Since the new EA launcher was introduced, I cannot install the game Sim City in Portuguese because when I go to install it, the only available language is English.

I have the EA launcher in Portuguese, and my PC system is in Portuguese. I can play The Sims 4 in all languages (including Portuguese), except Sim City. The only times I managed to play Sim City in Portuguese was by subscribing to EA Play. But it doesn't make sense to have to subscribe to EA Play to play a game (in my native language) that I already have in my library, which I bought in the past. The game support doesn't help, nor does the chat.

Can anyone help?

I believe what happened here is that you had a Portuguese version of the game with your EA Play subscription. You may have then purchased an English-only version and now that your EA Play subscription expired, the only version of the game left is the English one.&nbsp;

If you purchased the game on EA services, live support should help you change your version and give you the one that has Portuguese language available:&nbsp;Contact EA Help
