I'm so glad they finally added graffiti and trash and grunged stuff up a bit. The map was too cartoonishly perfect before. I agree on the more realistic characters though. The current characters are so ugly.

Honestly instead of forcing the skate 2 lighting on us, they should introduce filters so we can choose the style because I think it is much to yellow now. Just want an in between

Same here I made a post about the same thing my black looks Grey now and all my red is super bright also had some black shorts that have now turned dark blue

Yeah that is foul. That's not in-game lighting. They actually changed the color. I specifically wanted a black shorts and had them until they decided to make them blue arbitrarily.

A filter option like Session would be great. They have a LOT of them. 

The lighting and world looks miles better now imo. The lighting hits a nice balance between Skate 2 and 3 tbh. I also appreciate there's been a LOT of texture updates etc around the world, from trash and graffiti to vents with steam coming out, cracks in the roads etc, general dirt and grime etc... I'm hoping this continues and as the world gets more used, it visibly becomes more used. 

The character and hair still look pretty terrible though I agree. However, they have stated that this will be continuously updated too, so I have some hopes the character/hair will improve in the future too. And realistically it's mainly the face and hair specifically.

Filters would be a great choice though for sure, and would keep everyone happy. I'm def all for filters, and a day and night cycle would be cool too. Or even just an option to load into different time of day servers.

im really enjoying the game, the only issue is the repetativeness of it, i have put over 7 days into it since release and all there is to do now is complete the same tasks over and over again, i have pretty much all the loot box items, and im on page 8 of the skate pass, i feel like i will complete it in the next 2 weeks, and then what do i di, carry on with the daily tasks for nothing i guess, i do love the feel of the skating, i play in more of a realistic style, i guess the new session update will keeo me busy until season 2, obviously skate has alot of issues, but im optimistic that things will gst better, the basics (skating) are amazing, now time to bring the rest of the game up to the same level
