Where are the competitions?
Where are the Pro Skaters?
Where are the death races?
Where is the skate culture?
Where is the story mode?
Why do the characters look like they are from The Sims/Fortnite?
Why is the language censored?
Between the ever worsening Physics, the "community parks" that frequently have so few skateable surfaces it's insulting, and these lackluster events with outright insulting monetization...
Well, I hope they don't expect people to buy in once the early access ends, because it won't happen.
This event isn't worth bothering personally, no items worth buying, I don't want cosmetics with a made up festival all over them but maybe thats just me and community parks are the same weird unflowing layouts. Like just look at real parks and go from there.
I do love the gameplay so if it continues like this i'll just login grab the odd qdo and skate around playing spotify game on mute to not hear that cringy Vee app. The game has no culture or real feel to it.. just a bland cartoon ai feel and sickly overly nice dialogue catering to children and snowflakes. The abudance of weirdo items emotes etc speak for themselves, rarely anything cool or wearable for the expected player base.
I agree with all this but other games have gone down this route, cod for example. Must be thats what the silent majority want so where the money is nowadays. If so i'll make do with it, whilst I dont like it, I do get it as they're businesses looking to make money and will make the game that optimises for that.
