accept for beta close but no games in library

I've received a emails from EA that I've been accepted into the playtesting, inside there are installation instructions.

 It says that when we connect, we have Skate CPT in our library, but nothing appears. Does anyone have a solution?

    Lots of people are having this issue me included

    devs on discord dont seem to care 

    somehow we have access to the forum but no game lol
