Anyone else miss turn-based games?

Does anyone else miss spectating players each round of games like Own The Spot or SKATE? I feel like that was one of the best parts of the game, you could show off new tricks, laugh at bails and hype up your friends when they hit something good, not to mention the team versus modes which were a lot of fun. I played a co-op Own The Spot earlier and it just doesn’t hit the same with this new system, is this something that could return in the future?
