Are we ever going to get a full offline mode?

No requirement for logging into a server, no internet connection, just like older skate games where you can boot it up, play at your own pace and do challenges etc. ? I know it doesn't make sense since the game is f2p and has a lot of online elements, but a lot of fans of the original trilogy don't want to be bothered with everything online.
