Banned for no reason

hi I was playing the game on my account with the username austins_retared. 1 I would like to say that I did nothing wrong, I don’t play with anyone, I don’t mess with anybody. 2 that is my name and the word is not offensive because it is not what you think it is. And first I was suspended for a week, my name was changed to “sensibletime” then 2 days later it’s back. Then I get an email at 5:30 AM saying I have been permanently banned for “hateful conduct “ when I wasn’t even playing the game the night before and again I play by myself, please unban me, or show me what I did wrong
