Black screen and wind after loading

 just have blank screen after loading in with wind its bin like this 2 weeks iv tryed everything and I got the skate pass too :( how do I talk to someone at ea

    Hey Chan_telle241994​, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble launching the game. 

    Are you playing on PC? Can you please let us know which steps you've tried so far?
