Black screen error / bug

Unable to load into the game and can’t get past a black screen. I have had access since the beginning of the alpha insider playtesting and this is the first time I’m having this issue. Unable to play or get past this. I was able to get accessible on an alternate user but obviously I want to use my account with all of my paid add ons
