Black screen

Earlier today I was playing and suddenly my charachter fell through the map, restarted my game and it got stuck on the loading screen. Deleted my game, redownloaded it, now the loading screen takes endlessly to go further with a black screen after it. I got the "thanks for playing season 2 blabla...", accepted it, then the faint black screen appears and I can't do anything
