Bugged mission forcing restart

Hello everyone,

I've been encountering a near game-breaking bug that happens when I stat a mission of any kind. A crash, line, session, or even story mission bugs out right at the start and wont load the objective list. It loads the stars and highlights and even bearings but I cannot complete anything and the only way to fix so far is to reset. I cannot press start or see any HUD elements when this occurs and HAVE to alt+f4 out.

Has anyone encountered this as well or has any fix to share?
