Can’t get the level 10 achievement

I am currently level 10 and I’m my screen it’s says I am max level in hedgemont. Does anyone know how to get the achievement or is my account just glitched?

The default stance settings for each skater preset are not holding.
You switch the stance of one skater preset and it changes the stance of all skater presets to the same.
