Can’t unlock market mile

My market mile progress used to say 78/250 then went to 0/250 and won’t go up. I’ve completed three full mission rotations of the entire map and that 0/250 has yet to change. I also might add that I had a friend host a couple challenges in market mile and I got all the way to the third mystery box unlocked and I can open them but still can’t host my own market mile challenges or open the lvl 1 box for market mile. And another thing I can’t progress my main game quests, it says to complete a quest I’ve already completed and thus I cannot complete it again. Other than that an amazing game that doesn’t deserve the hate it gets and I understand it’s early access so these things are to be expected.
