Can y’all please fix the tutorial softlock? It’s unplayable

I’ve “played” for about an hour on the game so far. I encountered the infinite load glitch for a bit. It seemed to resolve after a reinstall, but now I can’t even get past the tutorial without it crashing before I get the skateboard, or whenever I go down the ramp. I really want to play the game, and at this point I’m genuinely begging for it to be fixed. It’s been 3 almost 4 days of this EA, you won’t get any money if your players can’t even get into the game. I know there’s at least one Dev that do something, so please 🙏 please fix the game.
